DAYTON – The Covington Lady Buccs found themselves in a battle against Northridge until pulling away in the final period to capture a 53-35 win.

The win improves Covington’s record to 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the TRC.

The Lady Buccs started off strong by taking a 17-10 lead at the end of the first quarter, but Northridge was able to close the gap to six points at the break, 27-21.
