JANUARY 6, 2025 – COVINGTON Covington and the local area has been hit with some winter weather conditions that led to cancellations of local schools and athletic activities. Plus, the Village of Covington has announced Village Snow Removal Policies to local residents.
A.J. OUELLETTE AND NO NAME HAD A HUGE IMPACT ON SPECIAL NEEDS POWERLIFTING
DECEMBER 8, 2024 – PIQUA It was a “special” day at No Name Athletics Saturday as Co-owners A.J. Ouellette and Brandon Wirrig hosted the No Name Athletics Special Needs powerlifting competition, with approximately 40 lifters competing.
NOVEMBER 29, 2024 – COVINGTON The Village of Covington held a Hometown Christmas event on Friday, November 29th in the Glacier View Coffee parking lot in downtown Covington. Despite the cold and windy weather, the evening was enjoyable for the community members who were on hand to witness the events that were scheduled.
REMINDER: BUCC BOOSTERS ARE HOLDING A BOWLING FUNDRAISER
NOVEMBER 7, 2024 – COVINGTON The Covington Bucc Boosters have scheduled a fundraiser on Saturday, November 16th at the Troy Bowling Center. The funds generated support Buccaneer athletes and athletic programs.
JANUARY 11, 2025 – URBANA The Covington Buccaneers had two individual champions and finished third as a team at the Mike Agerter Memorial in Urbana on Saturday.
JANUARY 11, 2025 – COVINGTON Covington opened up Saturday with a quick start and dominated throughout much of the game in a 51-29 victory over Troy Christian.
JANUARY 9, 2025 – COVINGTON The rivalry between Covington and Miami East continues in a strong fashion as both teams played extremely well defensively, but fortunately the Lady Buccs were able to capture a 38-25 win.
JANUARY 7, 2025 – DEGRAFF The Covington Buccaneers were looking to capture their first win in the TRC, but came up short against Riverside 59-54 due to struggles in the fourth quarter.
