COVINGTON ANNOUNCES THE 2024 HOMECOMING KING AND QUEEN
OCTOBER 4, 2024 – COVINGTON The annual homecoming ceremony took place on Friday at Smith Field where the school announced the king and queen on Smith Field prior to the football game against Milton-Union.
SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 – COVINGTON There are so many people who have had a huge impact on the Covington Community and one of those was Jon Eshleman, who passes away at the age of 82 on September 24th.
SEPTEMBER 11, 2024 – COVINGTON The Covington Bucc Boosters have scheduled a fundraiser on Saturday, November 16th at the Troy Bowling Center. The funds generated support Buccaneer athletes and athletic programs.
LADY BUCCS SUFFER THE ONLY LOSS IN THE TRC TO MIAMI EAST
OCTOBER 10, 2024 – CASSTOWN The Covington Lady Buccs closed out the regular season with a 17-5 overall record and 13-1 in the TRC after losing to Miami East in the regular season finale.
OCTOBER 8, 2024 – COVINGTON For the first time in 16 years the Covington Lady Buccs won a league championship, which was locked up on Tuesday in a three-set victory over Riverside.
OCTOBER 7, 2024 – COVINGTON The Covington Lady Buccs took care of business by dominating neighboring rival Bradford in a three-set victory by the scores of 25-11, 25-13 and 25-8.
OCTOBER 4, 2024 – COVINGTON Covington dropped their third straight defeat as Milton-Union put a damper on the Buccs’ homecoming festivities by handing the Buccs a 29-7 loss.
LADY BUCCS SECURE AT LEAST A SHARE OF THE LEAGUE TITLE
OCTOBER 3, 2024 – COVINGTON The Covington Lady Buccs defeated Lehman Catholic in three sets to improve their record in the TRC at 12-0, which locks up at least a share of the league title with two league games left.
