The Covington Lady Buccs held the first annual Ron Schultz Memorial Golf Tournament on Monday at Echo Hills with 14 teams present.

Fortunately, Covington hired Friend in the position as the Police Chief, which puts the Village of Covington into ideal situations for security.

The Covington Buccaneers put together their best performance at Echo Hills in the early point of the season by beating Bethel by one stroke, 156 to 157.

The Covington volleyball, program enters the 2026 season with talented players who had a huge impact last year where the Lady Buccs finished with an 18-5 overall record and was second in the TRC with a record of 12-2.
