The Covington boys golf team captured two big wins in the TRC on back-to-back days by beating Miami East at Lakeland on Monday and Riverside at Echo Hills on Tuesday.

On Monday, the Buccs defeated the Vikings by six strokes, 169-175, with Bryson Hite and Matt Dieperink both finishing in 41 strokes to lead the way. Sam Grabeman carded a 42 and Hunter Ray finished with a 45, while Cameron Haines and Connor Humphrey both turned in a 49.

On Tuesday against Riverside, Covington showed consistency with a team score of 169 to 192 for the Pirates.

Bryson Hite had a huge day with a team low score of 38 strokes and Hunter Ray turned in a 39. Matt Dieperink and Connor Humphrey each scored a 46, while Brody Manson turned in a 47 and Cameron Haines carded a 49.
