VERSAILLES – The Covington girls golf team competed in the sectional tournament on Tuesday at the Stillwater Valley Golf Course in Versailles and finished 16th as a team with a score of 568.

Bella Batdorf led the Lady Buccs with a score of 126, which was tied for 55th in individual standings. Calleigh Edgell finished with 128 strokes for 58th, while Emma Ouellette finished 7th with 156 strokes and Allison Burns finished 76th with 158 strokes.

In the TRC, Bella Batdorf was 7th in the league to earn First-Team honors. Honorable Mention in TRC was Calleigh Edgell, 12th overall, and Allison Burns, 22nd overall. Emma Ouellette finished 25th overall.
