COVINGTON – The annual Prom for Covington High School took place on Saturday, April 26th at The Light On The Hill in Casstown, Ohio.
The ladies on the prom court were Mazelle Reck, Jennifer Fisher, Maggie Anderson, Gabrielle Hartwig and Elizabeth Coblentz and the boys were Tanner Palsgrove, Tyler Jay, Brogen Angle, Avery Gooding and Christopher Deaton.
The Prom King and Queen, chosen by those who were present on Saturday, were Avery Gooding and Elizabeth Coblentz. Their selections made the entire students on hand celebrate when it was announced.
What also made this night outstanding for the Covington students was the hard word put in by Nancy Boehringer (Yingst), a 1978 graduate from Covington High School. She organized the Prom to make it a special evening for those who attended the annual event. Nancy’s hard work and passion to create a memorable Prom experience for the kids deserves a huge amount of credit to her.
