COVINGTON – The Covington Tomorrow Club conducted the 59th Pancake Day on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 7:00am to Noon at the Covington K-8 Building located at 807 Chestnut Street in Covington.

The Pancake Day Breakfast included pancakes, sausage and applesauce, plus breakfast drinks. This was provided in the Covington school cafeteria with a free-will donation of all proceeds going back to the youth of Covington.

The Covington Tomorrow Club also honored longtime supporters Denny Burgess, Bob Robbins, Dwayne Rapp, Fred Davis and Ron and Judy Schultz during this event. All six of these supporters have contributed for the majority of the years this origination has held the Pancake Day.

Covington Kiwanis Club started this event in the 1970s and the Covington Noon Optimist, now the Covington Tomorrow Club, joined this event in 1985.

Thanks to the Covington community members who came in for this great breakfast event to benefit the youth in Covington.
