COVINGTON – The annual Covington Alumni Banquet was held on Saturday, April 1st at Covington High School.

Organized by the leadership of Jayne Thompson Hobbs, the evening was ideal for Covington Alumni to meet up with former classmates and share memories from the past. A large amount of alumni attended the evening and enjoyed a great dinner and ceremony that honored many of the graduating classes from years past.

Members of the current Covington football team was on hand to assist many of the attendees throughout the evening, while 1974 Covington graduate and legendary basketball coach Jim Meyer controlled the microphone in grand fashion.

Color Green Photo donated its time in providing photography service where several classes were recognized – the 60th anniversary of the 1964 class, 50th anniversary of the 1974 class, the 25th anniversary of the 1999 class, and the 10th anniversary of the 2014 class.
