COVINGTON – The 32nd Annual Fort Rowdy Gathering took place over Labor Day weekend at the Covington Community Park under ideal weather and a lot of activities to enjoy.

On stage entertainment lasted all three days starting with four events on Saturday; Johnny Walker & Friends, Melvin Rowe (storyteller), David Scanlon Music, and Off the Record. The Hamiltons, Noah Back, Titus Bowman, and Willow Creek Band all performed on Sunday and then Graham Coning, Tesa Marie Music, and Jayla Leland took the stage on Monday.

The highlight of the festival, which drew a lot of interest from community members, was the Mountain Men Encampment located across the wooden bridge on the west side of the Stillwater River. The culture represented the lifestyle from the 1800s.
