PIQUA – The Covington Buccaneers put together another great day by defeating Riverside to improve the overall record to 3-0 and 2-0 in the TRC.

What was impressive, all six Buccaneer golfers finished under 48 strokes to record a dominating win 171 to 193.

Brairen Denson and Brodie Manson led the team by recording 42 strokes each in nine holes, while Jayden Wackler had 43, Finn Rogers 44, Caleb Smith 46 and Caiden Hollingsworth 47.

Brodie Manson and Brairen Denson both had four holes with even pars, while Jayden Wackler recorded one stroke under par on the ninth hole and had two more holes with even pars. Plus, Finn Rogers and Caleb Smith had two holes with even pars and Caiden Hollingsworth had one even par.

The Buccaneers look to keep the momentum rolling tomorrow against Miami East at Lakeland Golf Course in St. Paris.
