DEGRAFF – The Covington Lady Buccs traveled to DeGraff on Thursday for a critical TRC contest against the defending conference champions, Riverside.

And the Lady Buccs came through in grand fashion by defeating the Lady Pirates in three sets 25-23, 25-10, 25-15.

The win improves Covington’s record to 8-1 overall and 6-0 in the TRC.

Covington’s JV team defeated the Pirates 25-7, 25-11 to go 8-1 (6-0) on the season.

Next up is a huge home match on Tuesday versus Miami East, who is also unbeaten in the TRC.
