ARCANUM – Covington swept Botkins in three sets on Thursday to advance to the Sectional Final against Fairlawn.

The Lady Buccs got out to a fast start by winning the opening set 25-17, and then edged Botkins 25-20 in the second set.

With the momentum on its side, Covington dominated the third and deciding set 25-10.

The win improves Covington’s record to 16-8 on the season. The Sectional Final will be played at 7:00pm on Monday, October 24.
