JENSEN WAGONER EARNED NCCAA ALL-AMERICAN STATUS IN BASEBALL

CEDARVILLE – Jensen Wagoner, a 2022 Covington graduate, earned NCCAA First Team All-American status in the sport of baseball for Cedarville University.

The announcement was made after the conclusion of the NCCAA Baseball World Series in Kansas City, Missouri.

For the Cedarville Yellow Jackets, Jensen Wagoner recorded an impressive 2.21 ERA with a team-high 69.1 inning pitched throughout this season. He went 5-5 in wins and losses, recorded one save and struck out a team-high 67 batters. Jenson tossed a league-leading five complete games with one shutout victory. Plus, his fielding percentage was at a high level of .909 percent.

Jensen, a junior at Cedarville, was also named to the All-G-MAC Baseball Second Team.
